Dentures
Full Dentures
Full dentures are a removable replacement option for people that are missing all of their teeth on either the upper or lower jaw. When replacing all teeth on a jaw, there are no remaining teeth to support the denture; therefore, the denture is supported by the healthy gum tissue and the supporting bone. Greater support and retention is achieved when a patient has thicker more robust bone. In some patients, the bone will have dwindled away and therefore doesn't provide much support or retention for the denture. In these cases, implant retention or denture adhesive may be required.
Same day Economy Denture
Our same-day Economy Denture is fabricated at our state of the art in-house lab. These dentures can be used as replacements for existing dentures or as new dentures following extractions. Even though we call it the "economy denture," we use the most durable, high-impact acrylic resin available. We have found that by using high quality acrylic resin that does not easily fracture, we save valuable time in remakes and repairs. We are happy to pass those savings onto our patients. The average lifespan of this type of denture is 10-15 years. When well cared for it can last up to 20 years.
